Decent breakfast, with good, fresh fruit. The pool area and rooms were very clean. Comfy king bed too. Front desk (McKenzie and William) were wonderful to us and not fake. Will stay again.
Not a bad hotel. Rooms are spacious. The pool is the best part. The two men that were at the front desk when we checked in were not very professional. They could use some new towels. My husband noticed that the American flag outside was in outright shape and mentioned it to the two at the front desk but they seemed uninterested. Please replace your flag in a regular basis.
Lots of noisy machines - guessing other rooms HVAC - and you can hear the constant traffic on the beltline. Otherwise, it had comfortable beds and friendly staff. WiFi was also decent at the free speeds with no noticed device limit.
This place is clean, nice, staff is friendly, they have a GREAT happy hour special, warm swimming pool, large hot tub with jets a one end the other is just circling, okay breakfast, nice public open areas, security, outside patio and more. We made a great choice by picking this place for a week stay.
Comfort & Joy... A thoroughly clean facility in all areas, without any unpleasant odors, which, as a retired Nurse, is VERY important to me. Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of time to enjoy. Linens & pillows were freshly clean and of excellent quality, and the bed was so comfy. Pool area large and clean. Even with several young families with exuberant young children staying in the facility, it was peacefully quiet during the night and the early mornings. Enjoyed the $1 glass of Muscato, bought at the front desk "Happy Hour" on my last evening. Nice that there are a mini-Fridge & Microwave in the room, saved the cost of a couple of meals out somewhere (and the time to go out to seek something). As an Elder travelling alone who hasn't stayed for many years in a Hotel, I was a bit nervous from reading some of the Reviews on-line; I need not have worried. Was in Madison for my 50 years High School Class Reunion, plus an extra day of just visiting/resting before driving home. Here I was able to stay the 4 nights for a total cost of under $390. Overall, I was absolutely delighted, and feel joyful in highly recommending this place.
In west Middleton. Nice new area. Nice new motel. Friendly personnel. Good Continental breakfast. You need to get on computer to send a message or something It's right there in the lobby. Nice sitting areas in the lobby. Nice 4 place computer counter. Billiards table. Nice atmosphere.
What a wonderful time! Rooms are spacious and accurate for pictures. Our AC wasn’t working, and the maintenance person was no longer available; but we were graciously offered a change of rooms, along with an apology. Coffee and water with citrus were available 24/7; breakfast was plentiful and varied. The pool and hot tub were big and clean. It was an ideal visit!
The staff was kind. Very accommodating. The rooms & pool/hot tub was clean. They have a pool table, game room, and even a place to do your laundry.
